This set of buildings includes all the buildings seen in the picture and is sold as seen. The condition of the buildings overall is good, just requiring the repair of some chimneys and small roof sections.Buildings are constructed from card and are ready made. This will be posted with Royal Mail using a recorded delivery service, packed in a large box with lots of bubble wrap padding. We will not be accepting returns on this particular item.
