Returns Information & Refund Policy for Kings Trains

You can cancel an order & return an item to us as long as it is not one of the 'excluded products from cancellation', see Terms & Conditions [Cancellation & Refunds] for details.

How To Return An Item

To return an item you can complete this simple returns form.
Once you have submitted the form you need to safely and securely pack the item and return it to us at the following address:

Kings Trains, Taf House, Llanfallteg, Whitland, Carmarthenshire, SA34 0UN

Please enclose your RMA number (which you'll receive after submitting the returns form) in the package or write it on the outside of the box. We recommend using a tracked / signed for service for peace of mind. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us safely.

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your returned item we shall inspect it and contact you if we have any queries.

Refund Policy

Once your return has reached a satisfactory resolution we shall refund to you any amount debited for the purchase of the returned goods as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation. This will also include any postage costs you paid when placing the order.
Any postage costs to return the item to us at Kings Trains will not be reimbursed, as outlined above, the customer will be liable for returns postage.
