This is a Hornby R317, Schools Class V steam locomotive in OO gauge, named Westminster and numbered 30908. The model is in very good cosmetic condition, and the motorised tender runs very well (though perhaps a little slower in forward direction), the locomotive on its own glides seamlessly.

Note: This model is loose and has no box. The model is tender driven, and while the original tender body remains, the motor and tender chassis was replaced with a better condition one.
