All products are described to the best of our knowledge and are referenced, where applicable, from manufacturers product information. Products are described from point of view and may differ from other websites or manufacturers official information to ensure original & unique product overviews.
Products are tested before sale though you are advised to check functionality and maintenance of items, where applicable, to ensure best performance.
Product images are all genuine original works and are protected by copyright to Kings Trains & their original author. Product images are of actual items unless otherwise stated and may or may not have been staged on artistic backgrounds / modelled scenic layouts all to which are for presentation purposes only and are not typically included in the product package offered.

Products are graded in accordance to our grading system, which is; Needs TLC / Shows Its Age | Good | Very Good | Excellent | Factory New.
Unless otherwise stated all products are second hand in nature and are then subject to used / un-used opinions. We look to describe product condition as best as accurately and objectively as possible.
Order Processing & Placing An Order
Online payments are processed through our payment provider and in turn, their own security measures apply to ensure your payment information is processed securely and safe guarded accordingly. If you would prefer to pay by cash / cheque / postal order please contact us here before placing an order.
Order notifications will be sent to you via the email address you supplied / provide when placing an order. As your order progresses through our system you may receive further order status notifications to keep you informed. You may in some circumstances receive text messages relating to delivery of goods from our couriers, if you provided a suitable telephone number.
Where an agreement has been made, we aim to fulfil your order in a reasonable time period and in accordance with these terms of sale. Where we are unable to fulfil an order for whatever reason we will contact you and ensure any monies paid are appropriately refunded.
Cancellation & Refunds

Under the distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel a purchase of goods without having to give a reason, at any time with the cooling off period of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us, to our trading address (which you can find here) at your own cost, unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective, as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract (the order & agreement with us).
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract between us, our refund policy will apply accordingly.
You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of any of the following goods:
- for the supply of goods the price of which is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled by the seller.
- for the supply of goods made to your specification, goods customised to your preferences or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software, which includes VHS video tapes, DVD, Audio CD, if they are unsealed by you.
- for the supply of newspaper, periodicals or magazines (whether current or back dated magazine issues).
- for goods sold as "repairs or spares" or described as being so.
